Shop Watch is a subscription in which the provider delivers automated analytical reports about the website address entered by the customer, as interactive HTML reports sent by email:
Nature of the output. All reports are generated automatically, including with the use of artificial intelligence tools. Recommendations are for information only and do not guarantee any business results. The legal check is an automated technical check of publicly available content, not legal advice or a legal service. Only the page at the entered address is checked, not the whole website. The provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the findings and recommends consulting a lawyer about serious findings.
The contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed through the Stripe payment gateway. When ordering, the customer enters a valid website address and a working email address for the reports. By entering the address and paying, the customer confirms that they are entitled to have the website analysed and accepts these terms.
The price is $89 per month or $890 per year, as shown on the order page. Prices are final; the provider is not registered for VAT. The subscription is paid in advance by card through Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until the customer cancels it.
The first competitor report and the first Full Store Review are usually delivered within minutes of payment, at the latest within 24 hours. After that, the competitor report is delivered every Monday and the Full Store Review on the first day of every month. Report links remain available without time limit.
The customer can cancel the subscription at any time in the customer portal; the link is in every report email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no further payments are taken and reports continue until then. Payments for periods already started are not refunded, unless the service was not delivered (Article 8) or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Customers who are consumers and reside in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service starts immediately after payment, the consumer, by ordering, expressly requests that delivery of the digital content begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of the first reports has begun.
The service cannot be performed automatically if the website requires a login, blocks automated access or is unavailable. In that case the customer receives an email and the report is prepared manually from publicly available information within 24 hours at no extra cost. If a report for a paid period cannot be delivered even manually, the payment for that period is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 working days. The provider is not liable for the results of implementing recommendations, for indirect or consequential damage or lost profit, for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, for the accuracy and completeness of automatically generated findings, or for the legal consequences of the customer’s actions based on a report. The provider’s total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the current billing period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The customer receives a licence to use the reports for their own business. Reports may not be resold, distributed as the customer’s own work or used to train AI models without the provider’s consent.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes will primarily be resolved by agreement, otherwise by the competent court.
