We never process card numbers or other sensitive payment details — they are processed exclusively by Stripe under its own policy.

We do not sell personal data.
Some processors are based outside the EU, mainly in the USA. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Send requests to info@kaitechinvest.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Technically necessary cookies work without consent. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta Pixel) tools run only after you consent; you can withdraw consent in the cookie banner or by deleting cookies in your browser.
Without cookies, we also count arrivals from our campaigns and clicks on payment links: we record only the page, the campaign label, the language and the time. No IP address, no cookies and no other identifiers, so the data cannot tell who you are. This runs without consent on the basis of our legitimate interest.
When you subscribe, we first send you an email with a confirmation link. Only after you confirm do we send you the checklist and then at most one newsletter a month. Every email contains a link to unsubscribe with one click. You can also unsubscribe by writing to info@kaitechinvest.com.
We keep the list of subscribers in Google Sheets (Google LLC), send emails through Resend, Inc. and process sign-ups on the automation platform n8n GmbH. We do not share your address with anyone else.
We use encrypted transfer (HTTPS/TLS), restrict access to the provider only and delete data after the retention period. We may update this policy; we will announce material changes by email or on the website.
